Zhenya Zoning Real Estate Company is the transformation of the current small company of AZ Homes. Since the inception of AZ Homes, we have worked our hardest to keep a sense of community within our land. All of our loyal tenants are fans of our service and help is always delivered as soon as possible(Usually within 24 hours).



Zhenya Zoning Real Estate Company has believed in a helpful community since the beginning and works to keep it that way. But now we want to take the community experience to a brand new and exciting level. We are going to open a new island. There are plans to expand as the company grows. We will most likley do this with secondary offers while minimizing dillution of the stock itself. We have a map drawn of the general idea behind the island. Our first planned Sim will begin with a city setup. If we do and hope to expand, we will grow out from the city and slowly change from Suburban to Rural area. The islands will be terraformed completely to give a more natural feel and land will be sold to those who want to live in their respective sector. Each sector has its own set of ruled governing of how things can be built. These rules are being reviewed and will be released upon approval by all directors of the company.


We believe this will create an excellent community and also a more realistic view of a second life.

I am so confident that we will do well that I am contributing all my stock currently owned to the companies progression and assets.

Zhenya Zoning Real Estate Company Currently makes on average 12,000L$ and we estimate that our potential monthly income will increase dramatically after the addition of the initial sim.

If additional sims are possible. Sims will be added on a sim-by-sim addition. Once one sim is finished with terraforming and such, the next sim will be purchased to continue the process until We feel the island is finished.

Once the our city sim is completed there will be a two week period for all AVIX companies to claim land before the sim land goes up for sale to the public.


We also plan on investing in companies that show a great stability in their company and provide profitable dividends and or a steadily growing stock price. Any of such profits will be a major benefit to all investors.


Our mission is to maintain a working community and also to maintain happy investors by paying dividends that are worth the wait.

To simply put what Zhenya Zoning Real Estate Company does, We sell land and charge the tier. Because it is a privately run island, second life premium account is not needed to own land. But we also bring something to the table that not many other companies like ours does, and that is community. We want to create a steady flow of city life and hopefully allow growth in land to an eventual rural and beach area.

Starting as a small run land rental company. We have the knowledge to keep a community of people close and friendly. We know how to keep all landowners happy which in turn keeps them on our land.

If the customer is happy with the area then we are happy. Any problems are dealt with as soon as possible and we have a large team ready to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Another strength is our wide variety of backgrounds that the directors of the company have. All differing from what areas they have lived in to what areas of business the have worked in.

One other use of capital for a future idea in the works is for the creation of either a government system or just police system. (These systems are just ideas in the works the creation of these is not definate. More information on these ideas will be posted once finished)
