Hey all!

YEP! has been watching SL very closely, since before YEP! Was even launched, and have always worked to do what is best for ourselves and our shareholders.

Our core focus is custom scripting gaming and club items. A lot of scripters work for others, and we do that also. But what sets us apart is that with a great marketing approach, we can not only make more by selling our own items (instead of making them for others), but that we can keep money coming in long term from repeat sells with no cost! That’s right, after we make it there’s no product cost so we are one of the few stocks that has no overhead except some minor rent.

All of the main labor costs (Yellow Paperclip and Danielz Shackle) is paid out from our portion of the dividends, we do not charge YEP! for it. And when we do need money to hire more help for select projects, we have our top 5 shareholders (our board of directors) vote! You have the control!

Some of the most recent things we have done are to have our board vote on some new projects that were out of our previous realm but show tons of profit potential.

We also hired and put to work SL’s best 3d sculpties creator who’s making us our own custom lines of furniture. She has 10 years of Maya and 3d editing experience under her belt, so her furniture is un- rivaled in the game!

Now YEP! Has seen the stock systems in SL change and grow. We watched WSE (which we used to love) go from 10 stocks with 4 million a day trading, to 50 stocks with only 1 million a day traded. There were also a lot of bad decisions and companies flopping. At the same time some of the people who were investing in it and that we respected made their own exchange. We carefully watched them grow and at this time feel it is a great value for YEP! It not only has a serious group of owners, but they regulate the stocks the way you expect a market should. We believe AVIX is the future of stocks in SL, So once again YEP! Is watching SL and making sure we are in the right areas at the right times to benefit our company as a whole, and our stockholders!

Business Strategy

Our strategy is very simple, and has two main parts.

1) Keep thinking of new and unique items to sell in SL that are either extremely fun (SL's first animated interactive 8 player craps table!) or extremely helpful (Room system for clubs that merges TP's, Pictures, Payroll, Time clocks, Stats, Security & more into a single and easy to use interface).

The reason we aim for the first strategy is because these items are so unique and so helpful that they both allow us to sell them fro a higher price and make our shareholders the best return, and because they are highly talked which leads to a lot more word of mouth sells and happier customers.

2) Maintain the highest quality and image levels possible for a Company in SL. We have about 50 items & projects coming out (5 HUGE ones!!!), and we currently we have a few high priced ones already on the market.

Notice how ours is priced at 12,000L, and the next competitor is 1,500L. Usually an item this expensive gets low ratings because people don’t see a value, yet our system is rated 5 stars from nearly everyone! The reason is not just because we strive to deliver the best and most reliable scripts and objects in SL, but also because we go out in person and help people who have problems, and because we give free updates on all our products! Our service and image is nothing short of one of the highest in SL!

Business Strengths

YEP! has many strengths.

One of YEP!s biggest strengths Is one that I described above in the CEO letter. We will continue to expand our lines, our services, and our products to both bring in more revenue now, and to assure that no matter what happens in SL’s growth that we will always have our niche.

YEP! also has strength in the quality of its scripters. Danielz Shackle has been in the game for almost 2 years now, and knows the ins and outs of making SL scripts both easy to use, with the least lag possible, and with user interfaces super simple. Yellow Paperclip has been building websites and doing internet coding for around 10 years. Together they can tackle almost anything that anyone has thrown their way. (With more to come)

Another great strength of YEP! is its very low level of weakness. What do we mean? Well many companies say they have no or low risk, but almost all of them have their money tied up in some form of investments.

Examples:

Massive amounts of Land (market can crash at any time if Lindens dump another continent like they did 4 months ago)

Stocks & money market (great for dividends, but very hard to pull a lot of money in or out in large volumes if a problem ever occurs because of low liquidity)

Why we rock! YEP! rocks because we don’t waste our money investing in land or stocks or the money market. All of our costs (except our single stores land and some advertising) are paid up front for work if we use someone else. YEP! will have its board of directors vote on new projects, and if we do one we pay our help one time up front to help us develop it. After that we sit back and enjoy the long term selling of it and have no costs or money sinks. AND YOU DON’T PAY US! With other companies they take out % of money for their own wages before paying themselves more money from dividends. We pay ourselves from our dividends only, and will only take money if the board approves it for super large jobs. So everything YEP! makes goes back into dividends and profits for all of YEP!

Use of Capital

YEP is not raising additional capital at this time.

Risk Factors

SL going out of business. Thats it.

We dont waste money investing in land or other stocks. We simply build and take in the profits.

The worst that could happen (not counting sl going extinct) is we have a slow month in sells and cant pay as much dividends. But we will never lose money so their is no long or short term risk.

Management

Our management is very simple.

Danielz Shackle & Yellow Paperclip are the CEO's

-We will make initial decisions on what products that we would like to offer. If we can add another line to our line-up at little or no cost we will do so on our own.

The top 5 investors at 1st of each month will be on the Board of Directors. That gives YEP! 7 total people who will make the important decisions and assures no tie votes.

- All large projects and / or any projects that will require us to pay more then 50,000L will be sent to the board for a vote. This will insure that the shareholders have a say in how we spend the money we make.

- The board is considered staff of YEP! and will get pricate info on new projects. We pride ourselves on our unique ideas, and if we post every idea ahead of time on stock exchange then someone will copy us, so we will not post every idea we are planning ahead of time. However, we will inform our board of all of them. Once the products are in final testing and about to be released, we will hold a meeting for all shareholders where we will make them public.

- Once a month we will have meeting for all shareholders to learn about some of our new products and ask questions.
