Dear Investors,

Orginally developed in response to huge issues of liquidity, Innovative Inc is pleased to introduce the first ever Exchange Traded Index Fund to trade in Second Life.

An Index Fund is a collective investment approach that aims to represent the overall market. The Innovative Index Fund will hold Equall amounts of all the legitimate securities that trade on the Second LIfe Stock Exchanges and thus will be passively managed.

The lack of active management (stock picking and market timing) gives the advantage of lower fees.

This will be a simple way to investors to get broad exposure to the market without taking a gamble on one particular stock.

Business Overview

The Innovative Index Fund will hold Equall amounts of all the legitimate securities that trade on the Second LIfe Stock Exchanges and thus will be passively managed.

Innovation Inc will own and operate this fund. The fee structure is simple. The fund expense will be $L1,000 per week. INC will also retain 20% of the investment profits that are distributed to shareholders. It a simple structure and ensures that our goals in in line with the goals of the shareholders.

Business Strategy

The Index will be based solely on companies that have joined the SLEC and are adhearing to their rules on transparency. We will rebalance the Index twice a month if neccessary to keep it equally weighted at all times.

Use of Capital

The capital raised will be used to execute the strategy outlined above. The investments will be solely stocks and bonds.

Risk Factors

We cannot predict the future. Markets move up and down. The greatest threat to our company is the stability of the Second Life Economy and the stock exchanges.
