Our customers know that we do some real life sophisticated arbitrage trading to provide the interest rates for JT Financials. Our most profitable trading period occurs between November through April, peaking in January and February. We are confident that we can make up to 1% daily on our funds during these investment periods and are seeking to maximize our profit potential during the high times.Business Overview
We will raise funds through the issuance of Investment Certificates, and move those funds to our trading accounts. Once the certificates mature, we will convert the USD back to L$ to buy back the shares at face value.Business Strategy
JTIC will be investment certificates that will begin earning interest at the rate of 0.2% daily starting on November 1st 2007, and will mature on April 30th 2008. Interest will be paid out in dividends on the 1st of each month.We will continue to sell the treasury shares at the market rate or the rate compensatory to the current value of the certificate as needed to raise additional funds. After April 30th, we will issue a final dividend and put out a market order to slowly buy back the shares at 1L per share. No dividends will be issued after April 30th.
Weekly reports will be filed each Monday regarding profits generated from the funds. Any large investors with over 5 million certificates at the end of the month will also receive a monthly bonus of 5% Net Profits after dividends.
