CERC Membership Reduced From 11 to 9

Dear Capital Exchange Members:

Please note that effective immediately, Arbi Tomsen and casper Trebuchet have stepped down from the Capital Exchange Regulatory Commission (CERC). I want to take this opportunity to thank both Arbi and casper for all their hard work at Capital Exchange volunteering their time. Between the two of them they probably have sent over 1,000 e-mails and IM's dealing with issues that had nothing to do with their companies. I valued all their comments and input, and I hope they continue to voice their opinions on how the exchange is run as CEO's.

Note that both CEO's will be staying on running their respective listed companies (International Currency Exchange and Lemur Investments) so they aren't really going anywhere. This means that until further notice, I'm reducing the number of CERC Members to 9, and operating everything as before.
