Please find below an itemization of the initial assets now held under management by the CapEx Composite Fund Managing Director (Bogart Beck) immediately following formation of the fund, BTX merger processing and transfer of control of the SL CapEx Investments previously held by CapExATM Aquila ALT.

This is marginally BETTER than our original estimate pre-merger estimates of a week ago, but clearly we have a long way to go to achieve our allocation targets as specified in the strategy outlined in the CapEx Composite Fund Prospectus.

I will move ETF to OPEN TRADING shortly and will place a nominal percentage of the ETF TREASURY SHARES at BID and ASK to help jump start trading activity. I suspect ETF will find a comfortable trading range and general equilibrium over the next few days as we begin the exercise of balancing to the baseline Index.

YOU MAY BE ABLE TO HELP IN THAT REGARD!!! If you are a shareholder holding LARGE positions in securities listed on SL CapEx and are willing to SWAP shares for a position in the ETF, or perhaps for shares in a company where we are currently overweighted (ie; CAPX, NIC, SLR) I have been AUTHORIZED to execute OFF-MARKET COMMISSION FREE transactions for a short period of time to help accelerate our baseline balancing exercise. Our index TARGET is to hold approximately 5% of the issued shares of each company listed on SL CapEX so we have some work to do to get there...
