The BOD of SL Capital Exchange has conferred and determined that Hoorenbeek (HBK) and Kush Islands (HOT) are to be delisted effective 04/25/2009.

Shareholders of these companies are counseled to seek redress directly with the principals and elected Officers of the companies. SL CapEx will pursue no further remedies with regard to these entities.
