HBK & NIC to RESUME TRADING - 11/18/2008

Hoorenbeek (HBK) & Nestler Investments (NIC) to RESUME TRADING - 11/18/2008

The subject companies have posted Financial Statements for the period ending 10/31/2008 and will RESUME TRADING shortly based on such good faith effort.

Please Note; SL CapEx has identified deficiencies in both company's reporting methodologies and are consulting with the Officers of each company to resolve those issues.

Going forward, Investors and listed-companies can anticipate closer scrutiny of Financial Statements as part of our ongoing effort to improve our simulation and provide market participants with a more accurate and reliable trading experience.

To that end we will be ammending our continued listing requirements as well as our Financial Reporting policies. NEW Policies will be Posted by 12/01/2008 with an effective date of 01/01/2009 to allow trading companies and investors ample opportunity to digest and adjust to the changes. Please stay tuned...
