SL CapEx HALTS POW Pending Investigation - 01/24/2008

To whom it may concern;

At the request of several Sky Power Fund (POW) Shareholders, current and former employess of POW and the SKY Investment Fund, and several Sky Investment Fund investors, the management of SL Capital Exchange has moved to HALT Trading of (POW) effective at 12:30AM 01/24/2008 and has SUSPENDED the trading priviledges of SkyRanger Hammerer pending the outcome of an internal investigation regarding POW's practices.

We have not made this decision without careful deliberation, and, at this point are making no accusation regarding POW's practices but are rather facilitating a diligent review of the trade history, moneyflow and potential relationships between POW and the SKY Investment Fund.

Mr. Hammerer has been asked to produce a complete and accurate statement of his holdings both within and related to POW, within and related to SKY Investment, and any Funds maintained either IN WORLD via his Avatars or ALTS, and any funds which may have been converted for OFF-WORLD Investment Purposes.

After meeting with Mr. Hammerer in the very early morning hours of 01/23/2008 there is some concern about the potential co-mingling of funds between his entities and a greater concern for the apparent lack of transparency and full disclosure of his investment activities. Mr. Hammerer has claimed that he will produce and make such documentation available to all interested parties no later than 11:59PM (SLT) 01/25/2008.

Upon receipt of such statements, the Exchange, on behalf of the Shareholders of POW, will engage a third party auditor to review and comment on the potential accuracy and veracity of such records.

For disclosure purposes, at HALT, the following Cash and securities were maintained in Mr. Hammerers portfolio;

It would appear that there are sufficient funds and securities in the portfolio to reimburse POW Sharesholders at 100% of market value at halt (L$.90 /share) should that become necessary. Any excess funds would be returned to Mr. Hammerer presumably for distribution to his outside investors.

For the period 12/21/2007 through 01/21/2008 Mr. Hammerer has withdrawn approx. L$ 1,105,000.00 in cash from his various JTF accounts. Investors may be particularly interested in understanding the current disposition of such funds.

No further comment will be made by SL Capital Exchange Officers until this matter has been thoroughly and expediently reviewed.
