SL CapEx Customers,

Clearly there is early evidence that there will be SIGNIFICANT VOLATILITY over the next few days in the SL Financial Markets. Our recently implemented Circuit Breakers are working exactly as designed.

I suspect there will be SEVERAL triggers tripped daily, particularly for those companies whose lines-of-business are directly related to the SL Banking Sector.

In an effort to assist those Executives and their Customers who may require special consideration we are allowing each member company's CEO to determine individually whether their companies Trading Halt should be lifted or whether the listing should remain halted until the next trading session opens.

We hope this MANUAL OVERRIDE will allow those needing shortterm liquidity to achieve same without significantly disrupting the natural market. I will personally monitor the triggers regularly and will make additional adjustments if necessary to maintain an orderly and fair market.
