ZEN Expansion Plan

Hello everyone.

I have come to the decision that ZEN needs to grow.

I have sold a large portion of LNL. (Half of those holdings were owned by ZEN and not me). These profits will be put into a secure account and we will be looking to add 1 more sim within the coming months. With the addition of a 2nd sim, profits will double allowing us to pay higher dividends. With that I must say that the dividend policy will be changing until we can purchase the second sim. The changes will be listed in the forums under the dividend policy.

If you would like to purchase land on the sim before it is purchased, you can buy the land ahead of time. the land will only cost 5L/sqm if purchased. You may have to wait, but we will be selling land at 6L/sqm when the island is purchased. Buying ahead of time will save you L and help us reach our goal faster.
