Almost all the Tamaqua land sold!

Last night there was the purchase of our last large plot at 4096 sqm. This purchase put our monthly tier income over the 295$ monthly fee for the island. This leaves us with 3 512s left to sell.

The Mall is doing well and also bringing in a fairly good amount of L$ for only being open for such a short time.

We also introduced a new feature on the sim. The Business Directory Map, Created by myself and Stewy Rhode, You can now click the building of choice to recieve a LM or right click the building and teleport there. I also made an HUD version of the map that can be used to grab a LM from anywhere. I invite you all to come and check it out!

With all this recent news I am going to announce that there will be a dividend of .01/share on the 20th or 21st of this month.
