ZEN will soon be home to your virtual booty call! (and other estate updates)

Investors,

We have begun the transition process for the Blue Mountain Sim. We notified our remaining residents on Tuesday and provided them with the following transition options:

Option A
Remain in Blue Mountain, soon to be Zensuality, an adult ZEN experience.

Option B
Recieve a full refund for time remaining in Blue Mountain.

Option C
Move into any other ZEN sim at a grandfathered tier rate of L$.425/per m2 per week for one year and a L$ based transfer of thier tier payments into thier new ZEN home.

In reality this offering impacts about 5 of our residents since the sim was already mostly empty.

We have already moved the region to the adult rating, and we are moving the prim base up to a 20% bonus from a 10% bonus, as well as repricing all the land to the higher $.475/per m2 per week rate to improve our overall margin. Land in the new sim will begin going on sale by Friday evening.

We expect the moving process of the transition to last for the balance of the week, begin branding and sales next week, and will be announcing more news as it becomes available.

The financials for the month of September will reflect our difficulty over the last month, however we will move quickly to finish our transition in the next two weeks and launch our new brand, as well as work to fill the balance of the Ata estate.

We have also begun work on our Halloween 2009 experience, of which I will also be announcing more info soon.

So in short, we are working, we are active, and we will thrive through our transition and emerge a more diversified and unified company.
