[10:10] You: There is also a club being built by one of the owners which will also bring in many more probably customers

[10:10] Annabis Moody: we are creating a newsletter to help residents cross-market their efforts

[10:11] Annabis Moody: and are developing online satisfaction surveys to incorporate the diverse interests of residents
[10:11] You: All shares are currently secured up to .01 cents and after the security deposit is returned we will be up to .02

[10:20] You: Once filled we may do a secondary offer to open a second sim. This sim will be place next to Tamaqua. It will be a rural sim. The rural sim has 1/4 on hold by one person who may also want to expand to 1/2 the sim

[10:21] Annabis Moody: we will also keep Tamaqua upfront in the public eye with advertising efforts and superior customer service
[10:22] You: Please know though that any secodary offer made will be done to minimize dillution of the shares
[10:22] San Liadis: yes that is concerning me

[10:22] Leesil Carfagno: Can you describe the current marketing efforts?
[10:24] You: Currently our main goal was and still is to get this sim to the 295$/month fee from the tier perspective. We used a tactic in keeping the pricing of the land low at only 7.5L/sqm which would cover the cost of the sim
[10:24] Annabis Moody: we have built a database which will be used to inform residents of special events, elicit feedback, encourage referrals and distribute the Tamaqua Times, a newsletter useful to cross market and solidify neighbor relations, encouraging growth
[10:24] You: the low price brings in those who can afford the higher tier but not usually the high priced purchase price
[10:25] You: Did that answer your questions Leesil?
[10:26] Kaddan Yue: what is the current tier payment on 3028 squar meters of land
[10:26] You: 3028?
