ZEN Aquires 4th Sim

With the recent slow down in the real estate market I have been keeping an watchful eye on deals on sims. While searching yesterday I had found a sim for 700$ that was already partially rented out so I personally jumped in to see what it was all about and the deal is now in the works.

To keep ZEN from taking a financial blow I am personally investing the money to purchase the sim and keep it up for one month. The tier is not due til the end of the month and I will start collecting rent from the current renters today since they were refunded by the current owner and they gave me all the rights on the sim until the transfer goes through. I will be splitting the island profits (Only This island not all of them) 50-50 until I regain my original personal investment.

It will have a 10% prim bonus and be priced in the same manner as Tamaqua.

Since I was given all rights on the new sim I have already gained one new resident, another resident waiting til someone comes on to purchase, and 2 others thinking about moving in. All in less than 24 hours.
