Tamaqua and Tuscarora on Havok4 Server!

Just as the title says it. today both Tamaqua and Tuscarora are 2 of the 300 sims testing the new havok4 physics engine. It has already lowered lag quite a bit from what I have observed and although it has some flaws still I feel it is a good choice in helping the quality of our 2 islands. We are testing it to make SL better place overall.
