Mohr to make Toys for Tots donation thanks to BBX share purchase

SECOND LIFE, JT WORLD, 7 DEC. 2007 – Outgoing SL Reports (CapEx: SLR) CEO Xavier Mohr has sold his remaining 150,000 shares of the Second Life financial and business news corporation to Bo Beck Group (CapEx: BBG), according to SL Capital Exchange executives.

Just yesterday, Mohr announced that while he would not be selling any SLR shares on the market until he officially exited the company as CEO, he would be open to a private sale of his full portfolio prior to tonight's JT Financial Holiday Party.

According to Mohr, such a transaction would allow him the opportunity to donate L$10,000 to the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve's "Toys for Tots" program, for which JT Financial executives will be collecting donations at tonight's holiday event.

"I thought a lot about this decision," said Mohr. "I decided that I wanted to continue my Second Life exploits for entertainment purposes only, without any financial obligation to the SL Capital Exchange. I felt that a full portfolio sale prior to the JTF Party would not only allow me to accomplish my Second Life goals very expeditiously, but also allow me to contribute a portion of my proceeds to a very respected, dignified national charity benefiting the most needy of our population."

BBX CEO Bogart Beck was also excited of the move, citing, "I've always been a supporter of SL Reports and this strategic acquisition will help position the BBX Index Fund portfolio for strong growth in 2008."

Beck added, "SLR has become the Number One trusted source for reliable and unbiased reporting within the SL Financial community."

Above the financial aspect of the acquisition, Beck was excited about the opportunity to assist in Mohr's charitable donation.

"I'm quite pleased to be able to acquire the shares below market," said Beck. "But understanding that a portion of the proceeds will be donated to Toys for Tots by Xavier Mohr gives me joy!"

Added Beck, "Aside from our Second Life efforts, BBX and its management are committed to social responsibility through the support of worthwhile International charities such as Toys for Tots."

The U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program collects new, unwrapped toys during October, November and December each year, distributing them as Christmas gifts to needy children.

The primary goal of Toys for Tots is to deliver, through a shiny new toy at Christmas, a message of hope to needy youngsters that will motivate them to grow into responsible, productive, patriotic citizens and community leaders.

Mohr will be delivering his promised L$10,000 donation at the JT Financial Holiday Party this evening inside Second Life. The event will be held in the CapEx Lounge, on the third floor of the CapEx Tower in JT World beginning at 7:00 P.M. PDT/SLT.

A repeat of the JT Financial party will be held for European guests on Saturday, December 8, 2007 at 1:00 P.M. PDT/SLT at the same location.

As for the future of SL Reports, Mohr has announced significant changes are in the works beyond his departure within the next week. Reported changes include a floor-to-ceiling web redesign by brandstyling and advertising powerhouse Kyumoto, as well as significant staff reorganization which will allow more focus on quality content generation and streamlined business operations.

Added BBX CEO Bogart Beck, "I'm very optimistic that Xavier and his successor will continue to provide the editorial quality and journalistic leadership we've come to expect from SLR!"

Mohr added that individuals wishing to match his Toys for Tots donation at tonight's party should send him a message prior to doing so, as he is currently offering a month free advertising at SL Reports as incentive for doing so.
