Dec 6th 2007, 00:15 SLR SL Reports

Okay, so now I am a bit upset...
Per an article at SL-Newspaper quoting Mr. IntLibber Brautigan, Chairman and CEO of Brautigan & Tuck Holdings (ACE: BNT) and the Ancapistan Capital Exchange:
“Xavier (Mohr) left SLR because a watchdog group has started investigating Juice Trading,” Brautigan alleged, “and was asking him questions. Xavier, like Lindsay (Druart), is apparently concerned enough about the legality to leave JTF and SLCapex.” He went on to say that “the Juice Trading controversy is going to heat up” and to question the legality of JT Financial’s gambling product. “Arb is trying to bluff his way out of it. He’s a poker player. He asked Lindsay after SLCC to hide juicetrading.com. If it’s legal, why did he hide it behind domains-by-proxy? If it’s such a good thing for JT Financial to be invested in, why all the secretiveness? Xavier knows that software is illegal in Texas, where Arb lives. He said so to me.”
I am not going to get into a fist fight about this. Let me explain what happened, since unlike many others I still operate with the ethics, couth, and dignity to refuse to post private IM logs.
Last Thursday or Friday, I received a group notice from the AnCapEx group which said they were having a small get-together for the launch of a couple of their many IPOs.
I was bored, online anyway... and having always had good relations with Mr. Brautigan and ACE, I went ahead and teleported over.
I chatted randomly, drinking the whole time, and eventually started an IM conversation with IntLibber... which had more to do with my views on BNT and Marketing than anything else.
I have always had good chats with Int, and have told him several personal things about myself and my company... primarily because I like the feedback.
It was only when I found out he already knew about Juice Trading that I confirmed what many others knew already... what the initials JT meant.
The conversation still seemed light at this point, and other random comments led me to telling Mr. Brautigan something I have not shared with anyone before him, including my coworkers here, because it was really not a big deal to me.
Some strange person about a month ago called my home telephone number (which is not hard to find if you are that obsessive) claiming to be from a group with questions about JT Financial. I was very polite and referred them to email Arbitrage Wise.
This did scare me a little bit, but I thought nothing of it. To this day I still think it was probably some retarded young kid with nothing better to do than stalk me at home.
This was not the reason I quit SLR. The primary reasons I quit are clearly outlined here. I have to tell you, though, now that private conversations are being aired publicly... the drama with ALL the banks and exchanges... had a lot to do with my decision. This phone call merely heightened concerns about this game that I already had.
As for the software being illegal in Texas? Who knows? I'm sure Arb does everything he has to to stay within the law. I do know that JuiceTrading operates out of Romania, and caters to non-US residents. Enough said.
Bottom line is I feel my private conversations, which I felt were light in nature and overly non-controversial, were exploited as a political move and twisted for a purpose.
I support Arbitrage Wise, I support JT Financial, I support the SL Capital Exchange... with all my heart.
Now, in light of recent events, let's take a look at who I do NOT support.
• Because of the blackmail attempt, I no longer support ACE or BNT as I once did.
• Because of the SLEC's seemingly unsolvable conflict of interest with Mr. Brautigan, lack of community support, and recent disorganization, I no longer support the SLEC and do not recognize their authority within Second Life.
I recognize this exchange. I recognize its staff. I recognize my friends.
I am truly brokenhearted that in light of twisting private conversations for personal gain, I am no longer able to consider IntLibber Brautigan a friend.
My friends, I recently wrote an article about "class." Class is "stylish excellence," according to the Oxford American dictionary.
If I were any sane American, I would - pardon my language - cancel all of my SL accounts and tell all these virtual bankers and crazy SL'ers, stalkers that call me at home, to go fuck themselves. I have come pretty damn close more than you care to know.
I like to think that in my actions, I try to show the stylish excellence you deserve as a CEO. I do this against my real life schedule, to the dismay of my family who watch me spend hour after behind this blue exchange window, and to the dismay of my pocketbook that really has not got much out of this experience for a long while.
I'm here, through thick and thin until we nominate a new CEO. I'm here because I am obligated to you and have the dignity to fulfill that obligation. I will always be a supporter of JTF and CapEx. Do not doubt that.

Xavier Mohr
