In preparation for my upcoming exit from the business side of SLR, I have made the following moves... and intend to make the following moves... with my shares of SL Reports.

• Submitted support ticket requesting inter-person transfer of 600,000 shares of SLR to SLR Chairman Arbitrage Wise. THESE will be passed to the new CEO of the company in addition to any more, and any other compensation.

• Retired 50,000 shares.

• The remaining 150,000 shares of SLR will be retained in my account. I may acquire more shares or sell some of these slowly at market *after* my departure from SL Reports.
