NIC CEO Update

Hello My Fellow investors,

NIC is having a great season and I wanted to throw some numbers out there for all of you to review.

Since NIC's IPO closed June 1st, 2008 we have been seeing some very
interesting results.

-NIC IPO had 3 Million Shares to the public.
-Issued over 737,000 in Dividends
-Trading Volume to date over 7,133,674 over twice the number of shares sold to the public at IPO

NIC has survived the banking ban, land slumps, several "disappearing" SL companies and is getting ready to emerge from its second summer season stronger than ever.

There is no good reason not to invest with NIC or here at capex, where daily volume trade numbers outpace any other exchange.
