MNM - Virtual Shares Buy Back Plan - CLARIFICATION

Dear Virtual MNM Shareholders:

In an effort to clear up any misunderstanding regarding our intention to buy back outstanding virtual MNM public shares.

Over the course of the next 6 months, beginning next month in August 2008, MNM RL Management will begin purchasing outstanding virtual public MNM shares.

According to our plan, MNM RL will buy back approximately 200,000 shares each month, until all virtual public MNM shares are repurchased.

In addition, our goal will be to RETIRE/DECOMMISSION a significant majority of the MNM virtual insider shares.

Once all outstanding virtual MNM public shares have been repurchased, MNM will be delisted from virtual public trading on the SL Capital Exchange platform.

As indicated previously, a MNM Buyback page will be created and posted within the MNM domain for virtual investors to reference. The page will be published after the first virtual share buyback is complete.

The MNM Virtual Shares Buy Back Plan is subject to modification.

MNM will strive to constantly communicate our efforts to the virtual SL Capital Exchange investors regarding the virtual buy back plan and all MNM virtual activities.
