MNM Share Buyback - A Message form the RL CEO & Chairman of MNM

A Message from the RL Chairman & CEO of MetaNetwork Media, Inc.

Dear SL Capital Exchange & MetaNetwork Media (SL) Investors:

The RL side of MNM has been making positive and steady growth progressions in the past 3 months. Thereby enabling MNM Management (RL) to begin the buying back of outstanding MNM (SL) public shares.

I understand that many SL investors have seen minor growth on the virtual side of MNM and the virtual share price has drastically fallen. This is due to the total separation of our RL business from the SL/virtual business. Because of this separation, we do not report on the RL side of MNM and it's projects on this virtual SL platform.

However, I believe with the buyback schedule we have in place, all MNM (SL) investors should begin to see a positive 'upturn' in the MNM share price.

The MNM buyback schedule will be released on Monday, July 21, 2008. An announcement will be broadcasted and reposted in the forums.
