Management Restructuring
Currently, we only have 2 people on staff and that was fine while we were smaller. I would like to restaff to alleviate some of my current responsibilities so I can focus on the core business. Currently, we are looking to fill C-level positions and I would also like to make board appointments. I will retain Chief Executive Officer/Chairman and Luke Birdbrain will remain Chief Communications Officer. We are going to appoint the Chief Technology Officer position to our current coder, Unoti Quonset, and I am currently waiting on his acceptance. The following C-level positions are open with brief job descriptions:Chief Financial Officer - Financial reporting, collections, loan/credit evaluation, credit reporting
Chief Operations Officer - Branch development and brand recognition, Affiliate/Referral program
Chief Relations Officer - Advertising and Marketing, Public Relations
All officers with sign a Non-Compete/Non-Disclosure agreement upon acceptance of a position to ensure that customer and company information is not compromised.
I would like to extend an invitation to the following people to sit on the Board of Directors as being the top 5 shareholders in the company:
Cayman Beaumont
Zaldar Rhode
casper Trebuchet
Sando Haller
Servme Nakamura
These positions are based on current share distribution and will not change unless share holdings change.
Once we have the management side of the house complete and working, we will go into customer service and lower level management. Our goal here is to be more like a corporation and less like a sole proprietorship.
