Share Retirement Complete

Overall share float has been reduced to 8 million shares from the original 10 million at secondary end in June. We are still continuing the buy back as planned to reduce shares even more. We hope to buyback and retire another 2 millions shares by December 1. Shareholder float is now 46% from 40% as I have retire a few of the founders and treasury held shares.
