L&L Financial Report for March 2008

March was a weird month as this was the month we completed the account conversions, causing a bit of a slump in overall income but we have been able to lower liabilities and almost double equity. In addition, I have written off assets held at Ancapistan Capital Exchange. This resulted in a loss of a long term investment as well as the need to replace it due to the parameters under option 5 of the account conversions. Option 1 and option 5 conversions also cost us funds this month.

Overall, March was well performining month despite a few inconsistent expenses. Due to the loss for the month, there will be no dividend posted. We expect to be leveled out for April and anticipate to be near 100% liquidity by the end of May as we are seeking real world investors and venture capital heavily over the next few weeks.

**Update**
I know many wonder why it is taking me a lot longer to do things lately as well as going missing for a few days at a time. This is strictly in relation to my current health as I am going back and forth to the doctor for studies and tests. Currently, I am being tested for narcolepsy and other neurological disorders that have caused me to not be able to work due to the distance from home or drive outside of a 15 mile radius. Lack of the ability to concentrate makes it hard for me to complete anything that takes thought on time as I have to start over a few times or have to do it in progressions due to lack of sleep or sleepiness at inappropriate times.

Please do not think I am shunning anyone if you IM me and I don't answer right away or that I am off doing whatever if I am not in the forums or late posting reports. I plan my time thoroughly but things do not always go to plan because I have not started treatment and have actually gotten worse over the last few weeks on medical leave from my RL job. If you feel like I have gone missing and wish to contact me, feel free to email me and I will usually respond within 24 hours.
