New Companies Added to the Brokerage

We have revamped our portfolio and are adding the following companies to the brokerage from SL Capital Exchange:

INC Innovative Inc.
ITA WNB Italian Lands
JTIC JT Investment Certificates
NDX Innovative Index Fund
SLCX SL Capital Exchange
SLR SL Reports
TNW TNW Designs
XXX Tropical Temptations
ZEN Zhenya Zoning Real Estate

Some companies have been removed from our portfolio due to the recent liquidation of a good portion of the portfolio. We will venture back into these companies over the next few weeks. The following companies have been removed from the brokerage for the moment:

BCX BCX Bank (International Stock Exchange)
MED Meditteranean OC (Virtual Stock Exchange)

DDE Demar Enterprises will remain halted for the moment until 1/31/08. If the World Stock Exchange has not reopened for trading, any funds invested will be refunded.
