L&L Virtual Holdings, Inc. seeks approval

Though I was told this was not sufficient, I am submitting it to Linden Labs anyway. Our certificate of incorporation can be found at http://corp.sos.state.ga.us/imaging/14312387.pdf as we incorporated in June 2007.

L&L Bank and Trust is also sending notification to the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System in pursuant to Section 3(a)(5)(C) of the Bank Holding Companu Act of 1956, as amended ("BHC Act" - 12 U.S.C 1842(a)(5)(C)), under "Notice procedures for one-bank holding company formations" as descibred in section 225.17 of Regulation Y.

In addition, initial plans for the RL side of L&L Corporation included membership to the National Credit Union Association. This was on the books to launch between September (SLCC 2008) and December but we are exercising the options sooner. Business will continue for L&L Bank and Trust shortly without interest bearing accounts until we have gotten the go ahead from Linden Labs. Thank you for your support and your business.
