ATM for LEM shareholders

Hello everybody,

it is working! Also we still have to do some "remodeling", in terms of notecards etc...

The principle is easy. On LEM's request a shareholder list is generated from SLCAPX with SL-Key, avatar name.

As LEM owner I can see and consult the list at any time I wish. It happens in realtime. Interesting for me is something else and that is the e-mail address.

The e-mail address isn't taken from SLCAPEX. You as LEM shareholder have to go to the ATM

http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Time%20Capsule/25/53/22

touch the screen and then add your e-mail manually. An option menu appears, in which you are asked to type in the e-mail address you would like to associate with your avatar name. That is all you have to. That information is stored on a server outside reach of SL or similar.

At the end of each month LEM will always update the status and inform the avatars which haven't yet inscribed. That is all you have to know.

Together with shareholder list and e-mail address LEM has enough information to keep in contact with its shareholders, even if Secondlife would close down over night. In doing so we can create additional confidence among our shareholders, at least we hope so.

Don't forget, this "outsorced" and active shareholder list is important for us in combination with the security cash reserve we are building up on PayPal. A reserve which shall equal the nominative equity captial (= 1 mio $L). In case of liquidation shareholders would then have access to a liquidation dividend which is composed of the nominative equity capital + proceeds of LEM's assets.

The system isn't perfect yet. It would be better to have full RL transparency, but still it is a way into this direction.

happy trading and inscribing...
