Where is LCA hiding??? Here we are!

The system is complete for the first roll out and we are proceeding with mass advertising of the company’s products and services. When LCA was moved from the WSE to SLCapEx, the IPO was cut in half to move the IPO to market. The remaining shares have been sold privately, because the open market would not allow a huge sale, without causing undue stress to the share price. As it is my responsibility to protect the shares value, I’ve acted accordingly. Shares sold were treasury shares that were not sold when the original IPO was decreased.

We currently have a few companies we are working with to introduce to the market and the upload templates for content providers are now available. We will be putting in new content providers over the next few weeks and push our advertising outside of SL to its limit with the introduction of eBay, Facebook, and Myspace. While Prosper (http://www.prosper.com) was originally an LLBT affiliate, we are using that same affiliation and linking to that company as well to provide additional venture capitalists for the business services as we are also developing strategic partnerships in Second Life.

I am happy to announce the staffing and directors additions for LLCA. The following people have been appointed to the Board of Directors:

We would also like to introduce the team as it currently stands.

As chairman of the board, I will retain a position as Executive Corporate Liaison of LLCA.

Our first candidates for IPO Inclusion will be introduced to the market within the next two weeks. Currently, we are solidifying business plans and 90 day action plans for these businesses. I will also be sending out instruction packets for information uploads and we will announce a list of current content providers.
