We have spent a total of 11,870.56 to purchase KDC treasury shares. Leaving thus far 48,966.34 available for dividends. Previously KDC was using 1/2 its profits to repurchase shares. I believe we will use 1/4 for share repurchase. We will hold these shares in treasury and use dividends paid to these shares to add value to the company. We will hold these shares so that in the future if we require more funds we can resell them instead of doing a secondary offer.
