INC to buy-back all remaining shares.

INC would like to officially offer a stock buy-back of all outstanding shares of INC stock at L$0.85 per share. Which is more than double its present book value. The main reason behind this is to give investors liquidity, while also accelerating our own goal of becoming a privately-held company.
