| Most honoured that ur intersted in investing in our Company. The 'dAhA Publications and Graphics Company' is a booming publishing and graphics company that publishes magazines and designs customized art-works, advertising campaigns or any other graphic-works people ask us. We are publishing a magazine, called the 'No LimitZ' magazine. The No LimitZ- magazine is meant for, and therefore, read by the rich and wealthy people in Second Life. It covers all Luxury goods one can find in Second Life, Yachts, Cars, Airplanes, Houses, Luxury jewelry, Luxury Resorts etc...We publish the No LimitZ magazine monthly, so, readers are looking forward too the next issues. The release date of every issue is on the 5th of the month... The readers of our magazine are all rich and wealthy people in sl, so the profit of our magazine is HUGE, because we're able to sell it for good money, since our readers are exclusive and rich. At the moment we have over 150 readers. Investors in the company will be in the group as 'daha-Share Holder'. The share-holders receive betwen 5 and 10% of the Company's monthly income, depending on how much is invested, rates are: Invest 10.000L$ : 5% of monthly income Invest 15.000L$ : 7% of monthly income Invest 20.000L$ : 10% of monthly income The amount of money u invest is asked only once every 6 month, and it is not binding, so u can decide to pay only once. attached are LM too the daha Publications and Graphics Company Office-building, and some pics. | Before anyone goes contacting this guy, I would like to point out a few things. If I give him 200k he then owes me 100% of the profit from the company. I have 6 months to make back that 200k before I start making a profit, or 33k a month. If someone else Invests another 200k. He now owes out 200% of all of his profit. Which, well is impossible. Of course, this could be an altered ponzi scheme, where by he asks more and more of investors. Paying off old investors with new money. "Investors in the company will be in the group as 'daha-Share Holder'. Once you own a % of the company it is yours to buy, sell, or hold onto. Lastly, he gives no clear details as to how much this company makes a month, or even a projection as to how much it will make a month. Sorry, but it just seems like a scam, or someone who is knew to the idea of investing or raising capital. P.S. If someone says "ur" instead of you're in a post about investing. Then as a general rule of thumb, just pass over the post. People who are going to make you money, will normally be well spoken and have a strong mastery of their native language. |

| Mr. Delgado, First of all this: it's impossible to invest 200K in the company, indeed then i would owe u 100% of the income, so, clearly thats why i dont allow that kind of, investment. The possible amounts to unvest are clearly indicated in the offer. Secondly, ur right about the fact that im new to the world of investments and funds-raizing. It is in no meanings my intention to set up a 'scam' or something like that, i just want to expand the business and be able to offer more joibs too people in-world (already 8 people are working for my company as we speak). Thats my only intention. And last, indeed im not a native-speaking english man. Im from Belgium, i master in Dutch and french! Blame me for trying to expand a company that clearly appeals to a lot of people by producing and publishing what we do! No need to warn people for me, I think thats unjust and incorect towards my person. | MrDavid, Regardless of whether your offer for investment is legit or not, I can only agree with Legolas' statement that a professional presentations is key to running a professional business. SL is an international community and an excellent tool to pick up new skills and languages. If you are able to communicate fluently in two languages, use that to your advantage. While English is the language most commonly used in these forums, there is no doubt that there are many an investor that also are non native speakers, and they might be more pleased to read an announcement such as this in French or Dutch. If English is not your native language - neither it is for me - you should think about bringing someone aboard that is more fluent at it, or present your ideas in a language that you fully master. If you could provide a business plan, projected earnings, past earnings and a location to your company in world, it would help a lot to get potential investors interested. Just my 2c. |

| As a potential investor I don't care about qualitý of the language as long as I can understand the meaning of the text. What I do care about is numbers: historical and PROJECTED revenues, costs, sales, numbers of customers, assets, liabilities, equity etc. This is what almost all SL CEOs have problem with regardless of their nationality. | ||

| Still doesn’t answer all of my points. Is this just for one person? Because if you go with 10 people each investing 10,000 then... there is your 100% And you call the group a share holder group. But why would someone who is buying shares have to re-buy them from the company? I understand you are new to investing and raising capital. That is fine, we all were at one point. :D I am actually interested in looking into your company, if it is indeed legitimate, which I have no doubt it is, then I may help you raise the capital you are looking for. I will contact you in world in the next few days. Maybe I can write the IPO for you to go live on SLCapEx or another exchange. I do not mean to come off so hostile, but I just want to make sure that more good people do not lose money to the SL Scams. Spm, it may not be something you look for per say, but it easy easier to understand something when it is well written. I also would never invest in a company without a solid background, and reporting.( Of course unless there was a larger reward to go with the huge risk.) But his post does not even include any hard numbers. If he had given us number to compare, I would have not been so worried about this being a scam. But bad writing coupled with no real information through up so many red flags I bother not to count. |

| Invest 20.000L$ : 10% of monthly income i have a question, if 20 people invest 20.000L$, how will you provide 200% of the monthly income? is there a maximum limit how much investment will flow in? |

| Hello evryone, First of all, thank u for pointing too bad information i gave on the offer... Im verry new in this business, but i have no intention to rip people off, or create a scam or so... I just want my little publishing company, 'dAhA Publications' company to expand so i can offer more work to people that love the noble art of journalism... of course the share-holders board can only posess maximum 50% of the company, so the offer only is for 5 people at maximum 20.000L$ invest, so the 50% pay-outs never is exceeded in order to keep the company running... As u all can tell...im verry new at this, and can sue all help. Thanks for that! As far as numbers and financial histories concerns: since i just raized the company this month, well, not the graphics part of it, but the publications-part of the company, i will give out numbers after the first magazine is out and published which will be latest monday, 12th of may, 2008...after two weeks of the magazine being out, i must be able to give out some numbers of the sales we did...
