I need help here please...
| sorry guys, I am total new and know nothing about stocking.. i have a question to ask hope this is not too stupid to ask this question here.... ok, let say, I just look at stock A's graph, and I see the latest price is $1.25, and then I estimate the price by putting in some numbers under buy (I tried both limited order and market order, and they both get same result).. how come the price of shares change to $1.45?? I thought it should be 1.25... and what is the different between limited order and market order??? sorry for these simple questions.. |

Re: I need help here please...
| Market Order buys the shares you want at any price. Limit order allows you to set what price you want to buy the shares at. | ||

Re: I need help here please...
| Hi Mikan, When you submit an order you can buy from Market - or you can bid. When you place a bid you are setting the price you want to buy at. For example if you set to buy at .96 and the market is 1.00, your bid of .96 is there for those who may sell at .96 cents to you. Your bid will remain until it is filled, you remove it or after 3 days trading. Can you explain a little more what you mean by "informations are missing" - then I will be able to help you further. If you are available you can also contact me directly. Regards, Cash Yiyuan VP Investor Relations |

Re: I need help here please...
| what i mean by "some informations are missing" is... u know how when we click "estimate", we will see a transaction estimate, with the info of Shares to buy, limit price, filled shares, unfilled shares, price per share, transaction fee and total? it shows all the numbers sometimes, but sometimes I find out it doesn't show the price per share or the total ... what does that mean? |

Re: I need help here please...
| I need help too, slightly different area Why are there 1L$ share bids, These just make the martet look weird. I guess its from others testing the water with shares and seeing the market reaction to such a bid. Should there be a limit on silly bids to stablise the market trend? eg Bids must be over a certain limit. </b> Or should there be a " live/practice " area where me and others learners can have a test play with some imaginary companys stock. Get to under stand the software reactions to our futile bids. Then go LIVE!</b> Just a thought as I'm currently paying for my mistakes in L$ or Lcents. I think if other traders newish to this form of ( insert name here) investment would rapidly gain confidence with such a test ground ( I would). And go on to have a real stab at better trading. Anyway Just a few Friday thoughts from a new trader. GO Team Mech. |
