	Everything is running well on the island. There are some changes in the land development, but all for the betterment of the island. Also I will be hard to contact for the next few days. I will be extremely busy in RL and will not be on often. Thanks, Zaldar Rhode

That is why I wanted to propose the idea instead of jumping into a secondary [20:17] Silverblade Dagger: I don't have nearly that much, and have only been a shareholder for the past couple days or so... [20:17] Dezmond Martinek: also, I would like to point out [20:17] Dezmond Martinek: if your shares are not over a buck [20:17] Dezmond Martinek: your secondary offering wont be either [20:18] Dezmond Martinek: especially since you have announced a delay in dividends [20:20] You: Yes I did not want to have to delay them, but with the recent stock exchange move I had some financial troubles with the whole allenvest bank. so I had enough money to cover the cost of the island. [20:24] You: Although I am looking into private funding to keep any or all dillution of shares [20:25] You: the cost of a sim is 510000L approx. [20:25] Dezmond Martinek: is that the real cost or just the sim [20:26] Dezmond Martinek: I understand you have builders and scripters and otehr people at your disposal [20:26] You: yes [20:26] Dezmond Martinek: how do you maintain your share owndership [20:26] Dezmond Martinek: unless you issue more shares than you need to cover the cost [20:27] Dezmond Martinek: you cant go below 51 percent so.. [20:31] You: yeh [20:31] Dezmond Martinek: It is possible that in one months time [20:31] Dezmond Martinek: that yoru share value is at 1.25 [20:31] Dezmond Martinek: that is really where it should be [20:32] Dezmond Martinek: you do not have rediculous amounts of shares like some companies [20:32] You: yes and I don't want there to be [20:32] Dezmond Martinek: but the problems with allenvest and the lack of a dividend isnt helping [20:33] Silverblade Dagger: Well, provided that things push forward successfully through September, leaving the mess behind and new people get in, I'm sure that the stock will go up. [20:33] You: If I would ever ask for the secondary it would be only for what is needed and I would work it back down to only having the 2,000,000 shares [20:33] Dezmond Martinek: I am confident it will and I wouldnt have a problem with a secondary offering [20:33] Dezmond Martinek: I feel more confortable with it than private investors, only because [20:34] Dezmond Martinek: at least we can see where the money is coming from and can share in the profits [20:34] You: We are also taking down a ZEN building and selling it within a day or two to someone who would like to purchase the land [20:34] Dezmond Martinek: which is the idea of a publically traded company in my view at least [20:34] You: yea good point Dezmond [20:34] Dezmond Martinek: but I believe share values need to go up first [20:34] You: alright [20:35] Silverblade Dagger: If you were to go with private investors, how would you go about doing it? The thought was only just recently brought up so I was just offering it as an option [20:36] You: But by what Dezmond stated I think a secondary would be much better [20:36] Silverblade Dagger: I'm always up for hearing about alternatives, even though I do side with Dezmond's ideas. 	New Camping Device ready for sale! Imagine a group of 7 people sitting around a table having a good conversation while making some money camping. It is hard to imagine when most campers are away or busy. Well now with our Trivia Wiz Camping system. You can have 7 people hanging out talking to people and the other campers. How? Well easy. The system asks you a questions when you sit down. if you get it right you now earn 1L/10 minutes. Every 4 minutes it asks you another questions. if you get it right you are now earning 2L/10 minutes. and you can gain up to 8L/10 minutes. if you get a questions wrong or fail to answer in the set amount of time you go down 1L/10 minutes. So if you are a 3L/10 and you get a question wrong or time out you go to 2L/10. If you get below 0L/10 minutes it kicks you off the chair and pays you. 	Well it is time for my scheduled update today. Although I prefer announcing thins just in the forums because here the update is the last thing to see. So its backwards. BUT this week has been interesting. I have been puting my alts to work finding other methods to gain some extra income. One way I found was through Welfare Island. Just a survey island where you can camp. if you do one survery you can join the group welfare millionaires and get on pads without limits at 3L/10M Another thing I have found is Slam-X It seems a little suspicious for a business, but until I have to pay for it, it is no real risk. It is still in its beginning stages of starting up but it looks good. You make money by posting in the forums and being active. 1L per post. 50L just for signing up. I would sign up for it using and alt e-mail although I haven't gotten any spam from them yet. http://www.slamx.net/members/signup.php?id=878 There is a link to Slam-X. Yes I get referrals so if you do join please use this link. A last thing I found is Hoppy Pay. all you do is where this object that opens up the map and you teleport there and you get paid for doing it. It seems a little buggy but when you can make 30-40L in an hour of just clicking while in a convo its worth it. I don't have an slurl for you so I would just look it up. sorry. =========================================================== OK in other news we are up to 7 sponsors now for the Scavenger Hunt and one of the sponsors is making the logo for us. We would like to get to atleast 10 sponsors before the end of the month so we can shoot for having the hunt on either the 15th or the 20th.
