Pursuant to the SL CapEx Financial Posting Policy the following companies are hereby notified of a MATERIAL DEFAULT in their MONTHLY REPORTING REQUIREMENTS.

HBK - [ hoorenbeek ]
MNM - MetaNetwork Media
TNW - TNW Designs & Real Estate

At this time the Assets held on the Exchange by the following Officers of said companies have been Frozen and the trading priviledges of such Officers Suspended.

Limer Fredriksson - HBK
Cadence Juran - MNM
Jaison Spad - MNM
Lex Fitzcarraldo - TNW

The Exchange recognizes that "dialogue" has been ongoing with each of these entities, nonetheless SL CapEx will begin DELISTMENT proceedings promptly on the last day of the month for each of these companies if their Financial Reports are not submitted pursuant to the SL Capital Exchange Policies as published and ammended from time-to-time at the following URL
