Re: why is it falling?? | |
| I think you are going to see a lower price until confidence in the new exchange is established overall. Also remember that several critics of Arbitrage have sold stock for *any and all* amounts since the announcement he purchased the exchange. I think in time as all these weird issues go away the price will come back up to a level commensurate to the performance of this organization. It is a PR opinion, not a financial one... but I think it is applicable here and possibly quite correct. =P Xavier Mohr |

Re: why is it falling?? | |
| It'll go up, so long as the stock and staff prove their performance. Staff is a little slow seeming on the updates, but that's understandable. Everyone has a life. They make up for that by being fairly attentive to their customers and work, even approachable. |

Re: why is it falling?? | |
| Just another thought. Given that the price of the stock's decline is due to it being sold, the stock should continue to be a dividend generator based on the commissions that each sale yields. The idea then is to buy and let the sellers continue to generate revenue for dividend payments. :-) | ||

Re: why is it falling?? | |
| If the stocks are at such a value due to the low price, I would think more companies would buy up thier own stock. The fact that they dont makes me extremely nervous. If a stock falls to half its ipo and the company who issued it isnt buying it up that gives me cause to pause and wonder if the stock has any value at all. | ||

Re: why is it falling?? | |
| The primary reason that the stock price is falling is because Allen is liquidating his holdings. Keep this in mind, aside from me, Allen holds an overwhelmingly large amount of shares compared to the public. Any move Allen makes will have a large impact on the price of the share. It is in no way a reflection of the business, management, or the current progress that we have made. However, I have chosen to let the market play out for itself. If investors are merely looking at our stock prices as a reflection of our business, without asking anyone, doing any research, or looking at our operations, then they'll end up losing in the long run. CapEx has 7M in debt to Allen, and I plan on clearing up our debt with him before purchasing any more shares simply to manipulate prices. If I were to buy shares simply to try to keep our prices up, then I would be misleading you on how the market feels about our stock. The only thing I can say is don't just base our business by what our stock price is, because right now, there is also 1 person outside of me that has enough power to crash the stock price.... but that does not mean we're underperforming. |

| Wouldn't a low buy-in price make for a opportunity? It looks like this company has a decent share price/dividend ratio. Should it hold I think the share price will go up quite a bit in the next few months. | ||

Re: why is it falling?? | |
| The term you need to learn is..... dollar averaging When you buy a good stock.. and the stock price goes down.. Buy more at the lower price.. and your average price per share improves.. If this seems to risky for you, then you should have your money in a savings and loan.. |
