Multiple accounts
According to SLCAPEX policy alternate accounts are not allowed "Any Alternate accounts found will be frozen with all assets confiscated".

During the buyback of SLW , clearly its a lot of money to gain by manipulating the price through alt accounts and alt avatars. For example after a massive buy of shares normally the price will not immediate returns to the price before. Using several accounts someone can drive the price down to buy cheap until next massive buy. It might be a technique someone use at this time. Also putting out 500 000 shares at a price , for example 0.78 will force others to sell lower.
What if this actually are happening ? Oh, for you who cannot follow my thoughts.... my target is NOT ORDINARY behavior which are marketrules.

What are SLCAPEX doing to prevent using multiple accounts and avas ?

Re: Multiple accounts

Sean,

Our software traps for ALTS via Source IP tracking which we monitor regularly. I have not noticed any overly suspicious activity. What I have noticed is quite a bit of flipping by short-term, large volume traders.

Re: Multiple accounts
In light of this policy, I'll be asking what others may wonder about :

Assuming some traders have alts registered on the inSLcapex and there was never an intention to manipulate prices, volumes or trade between the multiple accounts, but it was done back in the day to spread out risk (LL halting accounts, hacking of an account, insurance limitations per avatar, ...) what would be the best way to merge or consolidate? A support ticket? Public disclosure? Not using the alt anymore on SL Capital Exchange?
