Invoices not billed yet ?

| I dont understand what this is "invoices not billed yet. Could someone please explain to me what it is please? And also how much Lindens its about ? And to whom are you going to pay 1 000 000 L ? And when some questions are brought up why not also answer this one : Why wasnt revenues for SLCAPEX more in february than in january ? To me it seemed the average trading increased significantly. I suggest you put up a every day amount traded somewhere so we can keep an eye on how SLCAPEX are doing day by day. For 31 days. Seems to be the only way to be certain of what is going on. Last month , January, there was a profit of 500k and Arb said he didnt wanted to pay any divident. He wanted to wait so the divident also could be payed to SLW stockholders. Nothing said about any big "Bill" not payed. And this month another 500 k in profit and suddenly there is a big dept to someone. I usually dont expect ceo to declare what bills are payed or not, but this time i think YOU owe SLCAPEX stockholders a real good explanation Arb. Giving away 15 000 k shares and now a big bill. Whos money are you wasting ? I suggest SLCAPEX staff to hire someone independent to review the bookkeeping. |

| Sean, I'm not sure what you are referring to - I cannot see any unpaid invoices/bills in February financial report. Care to elaborate? I have to agree though that a drop in commission revenue from January to February is VERY surprising and totally unexpected. I've tracked Capex activity on a regular basis and if anything, daily and weekly volumes were significantly higher in February. So, I guess SLCX management owes an explanation to shareholders as to why these volumes did not translate into commissions. |

| Vitall I was referring to the announcement which was posted. "No dividends will be issued this month as retained earnings will be carried forward to pay for invoices not billed yet." |

Re: Invoices not billed yet ? | |
| Revenue was lower because in January, we had the MNM IPO, which contributed ALOT to the revenue. | ||

| (edited: MNM IPO began in december 2007) ..shouldn't those revenues be reported on different lines on the sheet? 511k of commission income equals about 20'000'000 total trading volume for february. That seems pretty correct, if you ask me. And I would also like to know more about the unpaid bill, ... |

| In the sake of transparency i think Fujiwaras suggestion to put such a huge contribution on a separate line in the finacials. Perhaps all IPO:s should be entered in a separate line. Could someone please answer those questions Arbitrage overlooked ? |
