Reporting
First we were gifted with an SPO and then right after we learn that JTF is over taking the AVIX.

Is there something going wrong here? I think prior to go for a SPO it makes normally sense to post a meaningful financial report so that the SPO price becomes transparent. THis wasn't the case.

ANd if we speak about taking over, normally, in RL a due diligence is done. I understand that such a task can be considers as strategical sensitive matter which results shouldn't be published. However, I think that the normal share holder has a minimum right to get at least some basic information. The last financial reports dates from June 6th if my memory is correct.

Is there any way how transparency could be increased? If yes, I wouldn't dislike I have to say.

AVIX is surely doing a great job, but the communication politicy of AVIX doesn't leave a good feeling, especially not if the share price is not moving since a longer time and bad news are coming up like for CYB or GDPA.

Re: Reporting
Casper,

The SL Capital Exchange values transparency and honesty above all else. We also strive to make sure that CEOs are staying in touch with their clients - in fact this is a lesson we learned with CYB, a company that apparently had been under investigation even prior to the acquisition.

CEOs must stay in contact with their shareholders weekly. This is why from now on, CEOs will be fined when they fail to update the people that have invested in them. It's probably not the most popular thing we could do, but it is definitely something that we feel is 'right' to do. And the fact is that this won't even affect most of the honest CEOs on our exchange.

You are also going to see some new policies and procedures for reporting coming soon to CapEx. Just stay tuned, as I feel you will be pleased.

I should also note that CapEx will not allow fraudulent companies to remain listed on the exchange. Halting CYB, a company with no real assets to be found and not much hope of being contacted again, probably was not the best PR move we could have made yesterday. However we are not here to make friends.

We are here to protect the investors and make sure all the companies on this exchange are operating legitimately. Rest assured that *NO* company that is suspected to be fraudulent, and no company being untruthful to their investors, will be allowed to remain on this exchange. Those that regularly lie about earnings, assets, and the like are asked to please take their business elsewhere.

I am confident that all the remaining CEOs on this exchange are honest and reputable. I do have to point out though that the investor shares some piece of obligation in communication. IM your CEO regularly, ask him or her how the company is doing, and go to the shareholder meetings.

On management end, we will try to stay in touch with you as much as possible. We have another Question/Answer Session coming up on Friday (see http://www.allenvestfinancial.com/home/story/SLR/450), and I intend on proposing to Arb that we have these every week. They would keep us all 'in the know' and provide a great atmosphere of networking.

As always, if we are doing something wrong or representing this exchange in any way that concerns you, contact us immediately. I can assure you that we are not the 'good old boys' - NONE of us. We're here working for individual investors, individual CEOs, and our business partners for what benefits them most. There is no favoritism based on how much you have invested, or by how long we've known you. We work for you, individually.

Thanks for your post.

Re: Reporting
Well Xavier I am taking a "wait and see" approach. From the start of all this I have stated that Allen has every right to sell his shares to whoever he wants to for whatever price he wants to. The problems I see are much more basic then just this however. The Basic attitude that I have seen in many of these companies is "hey as long as we make money you as a shareholder shouldn't have to worry about the details" .... now you don't say it exactly like that but it is what you mean. Are we going to get more detailed reports? Are we going to get a proper reporting of how many shares are truly outstanding and what exactly is owned by each Board member? Also EXACTLY how many shares of our company each board member is buying and selling (we should BTW). What about a proper basic report of earnings and sales and income flow in a CONSISTANT manner. In other words what was the earnings per share this year comparied to last and what is the company projecting for next year reported in the same units (lindens or dollars or both for all)? At least I should have all the numbers to show what our % growth is compared to shares outstanding so I can see how much I am paying for that growth.
I understand this whole thing is a work in progress Also of course I am not just talking about this company. But standards are needed and a duty and responsibility must be maintained by the officers of the company towards the shareholders. I am not just talking hey give us the profits in Dividends when you make money I am talking about giving us all the information we need to make well informed and intelligent investment decisions every time we buy or sell shares.
Also wouldn't it be nice if a company would actually "go public" and not have just 15% or so of the company sold in shares to the public?

Re: Reporting
I totally agree with Rexx. Too many times the buzzword 'transparency' is used yet the information is either from third parties or not provided.

No wonder (IMHO) the SL Exchange market is taking a dive, investors want and in my opionion are entitled to information. I am glad to see the average investor trading smarter.

Even though some refer to the SL economy as fictional..how else do you buy L$..wait for the SL tooth fairy?

Kudos CapEX on halting CYB trading, I was surprised this was not actioned earlier.

I look forward to observing your future business modules.
