Emergency Shareholders Meeting!
OK, patience is now gone.

I move to have an emergency shareholders meeting in order to replace the CEO.

CapEX has given POW til' the end of the weekend to get all issues resolved.

The only way to deal with this is to replace the CEO immediately.

I would like to see possible times for this by Friday night and we can choose between Staurday and Sunday, NO LATER!

I will offer to be the temporary CEO so the company isn't delisted. I am also sure(although I haven't asked him yet) that Scott Nestler would help there too.

We need a CEO and a board of directors, so everyone's hat can be in the ring. I have a complete list of shareholders and will try yo contact everyone by tomorrow night.

Let's get this dealt with. Sky will represent about 35% of the vote, because he represents SKY Hedge Fund(also our linden) which owns about a third of the shares.

Please post today! We need ideas and helpers now!

Please clarify how exactly Sky Hedge fund is "also our linden" if you don't mind.

Well maybe there should be first a vote on if we as the fund investors actually still want Sky to represent us in this matter at all. We do have this right or do we not ?

Re: Emergency Shareholders Meeting!
With this post I am humbly asking again for somebody with a deeper knowlege of whats going on, to shed some light on what to expect in the comming days? weeks? months? I am already well aware of the pissing contest (pardon my frensh) between Sky and Capex going on so I do not need to hear about that again. Please just be concrete and direct about the survival possibillities of POW and the Hedge fund.

I would just like to hear the opinions (and others perhaps too) if taking the 25% of the original total amount invested in the fund might be the best it will ever get anymore ?

Please dont be shy to give your opinion because on this moment I am considdering to rather take a 75.000L$ loss now then wait 5 or 6 months to hear there is nothing left at all.

Re: Emergency Shareholders Meeting!
hahahaha just kidding :)

But here is the deal I have for the daredevils out there.

I am offering my claim in the Sky Hedge fund for 60% of its original total value. So if you are a true believer send me an IM inworld and the possible 40% profit will be yours.

AND THIS IS NOT A JOKE.

Re: Emergency Shareholders Meeting!
Hi folks,

I have been gathering info for a couple weeks and I still have to look at all of it at once so that I can feel comfortable passing it along. I am going to be contacting everyone on the POW shareholders list that I have for a meeting this weekend.

I am open to all suggestions.

The reason I am jumping on this at this time is that NOONE else has done anything to force this matter from the shareholders list, so here I am, protecting my own personal investment(s).

I am glad to see Natty's hat in the ring :) The number one shareholder should definately be involved.

If you have a time/day preference, please post if here ASAP!

I don't need more work, so if anyone wants to take the lead or at least do some leg work with me, I'd be very grateful!

Post comments or e-mail me at, michaeljsullivan@gmail.com . Please don't IM me, as my work load has kept me from getting in-world the last 2 nights.

Thx Sully

he's number 2 Sully, Sky hedge fund is number 1

The 35% of POW belongs to the fund investors and are not Skyranger's private asset to do with as he pleases or decide about without some consent from the investors. Skyranger's vote in this matter should only echo the choise of the fund investors on this matter.

That only leaves the question what our choise is. Because no matter what is going to happen here we CAN NOT let Skyranger walk in to this without OUR BACK UP.

Do you people understand this or has staring at you screen for to long made you numb.
