Sky Hedge Fund:do you have a plane?
| Soo many days I'm waiting it.Since Linden Labs comunications. Most of banks have more or less taken action to refund their investors. You haven't even propose a plan! About 1 month is passed away. It's time to stop pronouncing empty words like strong, good, exciting and start an economic plan:and if you already have it tells the investor. Before words like scam, lamer could be relate to you. |

| I talked with him today. And I have now a more careful opinion. I think Sky was a little bit blundering.....May more than a little bit. It was so blurry where the borders of Pow and Fund were. But I think is not fair that us,the funds holders, pay for Pow shareholders. So Sky must pay for his negligence for Pow.But moneys fund are Fund holder's moneys. |

Re: Sky Hedge Fund:do you have a plane?
| Well as far as I know Bario, The 36.9% of POW was bought with fund money (please correct me if I am wrong) so it belongs to the fund investors. Sky is not the owner of these POW shares. Skyranger is only the manager of Sky investment fund (build with our money) that has 36.9% of POW in its portfolio. So if I am correct (please tell me if I am not) the 387.500 shares in skyrangers name are fund assets that belong to the fund investors. That the other 63.1% of the POW shareholders are content with him being the director of POW is their business, but they must not come and ask for fund money when things go wrong. The fund it self has nothing to do with the other 63.1% of POW and neither do they with the fund. It is only confusing because Skyranger is manager of the Sky fund (that owns 36.9% of POW) and that Skyranger is also director of POW(appearently by approval of the other 63.1%). But these two functions are completely separate. |
