Calling on SkyRanger's honesty | |
| SkyRanger was supposed to invest our money in diversified manner, all of sudden most are with JTF. Also, all of sudden most stocks don't hold value while i see quite the controversy: Most stocks stay about the same. I invested first 40k L$ with his fund, service was excellent, yield was excellent, so i decided to increase to 125k L$. that's the point where everything turned to shit. Poor customer service, inexisting yield. The customer service was probably the worst i've seen after the moment i increased to 125k L$. Now, he is giving his investors 2 choices: - Take only 25% but get it now - Get UPTO 50%, but wait 5 months. (WTF, 5months?) I'm calling him being a slimy scammer. Also, the policy does not deny his business, because he processes everything manually. from the blog post: ... "from any object, such as an ATM, located in Second Life, without proof" ... I think he is going to pocket the remainder of funds, and because it's hard to proof he has more than he claims to, he is using that to his advantage. Exactly something this policy was made to prevent. I hope SLCapex management reads this. |

| Not quite sure I understand your point. All of the stocks are down, on all exchanges becasue of LL's new bank policy. I guess I don't see where Sky is screwing anyone. I think his strategy is sound. Everyone is panicing and selling out, Sky is waiting in the wings to take advantage of the best buys. Maybe I'm missing something but that is my understanding of the situation. |

| Dear investors, Apparently, there is some confusion about what has been posted. If you check my group notices and the chat communication I have clearly laid out our plan and future strategy. Most of our assets are parked in CAPEX at this point, as we wait for a decision on whether the exchange will continue its practices solely as a non-interest paying virtual exchange. Did we diversify? Yes, as always which is the sole reason we have so much cash liquid right now, the other vehicles invested were able to release the funds, so the only funds remaining are in CAPEX due to the freezing on withdrawals. If anybody wants to exit right away, it can be done on an emergency basis ONLY, unfortunately I can only calculate those withdrawals at our market rate which is my CASH balance on my avatar, I cannot calculate any market value based on cash parked or invested in CAPEX as we have no final resolution. So, obviously any immediate withdrawal will be at a loss of 75%, so I suggest to continue waiting as we have all been for a resolution. If anybody waits until May, which is the deadline given to us by CAPEX all of our parked cash will be returned to the fund that will account for ½ of all deposited funds. The other ½ is currently actively invested in companies and may be defunct based on the exchange ceasing to proceed business. If the exchange survives and all of our assets are sold or exchanged, there is a great chance of minimal losses on all amounts, accounting based on the price we attain from selling our assets, which cannot be calculated at this point. So to summarize, if you withdrawn now – the market value is calculated based on my CASH avatar balance, which is ¼ of original value. If you wait until May, the LEAST amount paid will be ½ of original value. If the exchange fails and all invested assets lose value that is the most returned. If the exchange excels the price returned will be near its original value or minimal losses based on our continued investing strategy. So that you understand, this balance includes my own cash which is being donated to investors, I will take any losses before any of you do. That is where integrity really lies. | Tyrian, I really don`t understand why you are doing this, I`m pretty sure you know it`s not true. What are you actually trying to achieve ? Did you manage to sell off all those shares you where spamming in various groups about ?? "How the f*ck can it take that many months?" Well, Arbitrage says it could take until then to to have the cash available for ALL (not just Sky, but EVERYONE) deposits in JTF/CAPEX to be paid in full. So ONCE AGAIN your obviously not bothering to read information people are making available, or perhaps you just don`t understand it. Yet again, try reading and understanding the information that people are making available before making up your 'facts' and regurgitating them to all. Don`t swear at me again, or I will return the favor and I assure you I`m far more creative and eloquent with language than you appear to be. Everyone in the financial community needs to band together during these hard times, don`t let a few individuals drag us all down with unfounded accusations and misdirected hatred.
