Monthly Financials | |
| Now that we are back and trading again, I want to make everything that occured a issue of the past and to never occur again. I have been working with my RL inhouse programmer and we have devised a method of automating transaction logs out of LL that can be sent to our accountants, the SLFR group. Since this will eleminate the "massaging" of data, downloading from the website and aquiring data from capex that I needed to do on a monthly basis. My RL job responsibilities are preventing me from dedicating the time to the accounting, and I do appologise for that. This new system will eleminate me from the accounting equation and allow me to concentrate on what I do best, make money for my shareholders..... | Any updates on financials for December and dividends? January financials are coming due soon as well. December is a busy month with year end rl and sl as well as holidays. It is now January 09. Can we get an update please? And not to be rude or a proponent of this, but Bo has halted other companies for non compliance. Is there any reason this does not apply in this case? |

I just checked my Calendar... it says January 02 not 09. I'd dare say NIC has at least another week to get their December 2008 Financials posted before I start hunting down wayward CEO's. ;-) Bo |

| Last months financials are still missing. I'm sure Kaffe was meaning november and december.. Not december and january. Want to tell us about the scoop, Bo? That is a major news, and no one posted about it. Strange how transparency can take many form. Or am I alone in knowing what is going on? |

| I was speaking that it is now the month of January year 2009. I am well aware of the specific dates. I am somewhat bemused, or more perplexed, that this detail of the missing financials escapes your eagle eye Bo, instead you seem more fixated on correcting the date. It is very peculiar that you would halt other companies, and yet you let this slide. Is the transparency you have mentioned and consistancy of standards and reporting still under development? Or does it only apply to some? Some in the community wait with interest your response. |

Frankly Kaffe, I DIDN'T catch it - I guess my eagle eye blinked - I'm not perfect and have never claimed to be. Now that you've brought it to my attention I have forwarded a query to Scott - and cc'd both you and Yanik. I suspect Scott will respond within the next 24 hours or so. Cheers! Bo |
