| How can you post a dividend when Bogart plays GOD around? Emails were sent to Bo and he doesn't care to answer them. He's busy collecting fines at 5k/day. | ||

Re: Different Standard and Dividends
| Ms. Lytton - I suspect dividend payments (or lack thereof) are delinquent not only due to trading suspension resulting from non-compliance with exchange regulations but also due to the laissez-faire approach with which this company has been maintained. Certainly it must strike one as unusual when 50,000+ shares are offered on the day a dividend was due and each of these shares at a 33% discount from market. And then, strangely enough, no dividend is paid. This is sad because I was led to believe that this was a very strong company with a committed staff and a vision for the future. |

Re: Different Standard and Dividends
| In my opinion these delays are unnecessary and took Scott by suprise, and not a reflection of his running the company. Apparently past formatting practices are now not being accepted by Mr Beck. The peculiar thing is if you look at some financials land and buidlings are counted as an asset yet we were informed for DCTY finanicials that sims do not count. Frankly buildings should not either then because they are virtual as well and in most cases non trans. So what is an asset? I think that there is lack of consistent definition of terms for reporting purposes in all of these companies as well as no consistant format/presentation of the data. So why these two companies are being held to undefined or enforced standard is baffling. |

Re: Different Standard and Dividends
| Mr. Jacobus, dividends cannot be delinquent as they cannot be promised. As for the shares, are they gone from his holding? As for your last sentence, I would have to agree with you. There are many reasons to that though. You cannot blame it on one person. Look at all the stocks here. They all are depressed. Any company that makes money from trading are stagnant. In the past weeks, i've heard of many land business (public and trading) that said they would go out of business on jan 5th. The Lindex as taken a drop and a new price gap has been established, clearing any profits to be made for a month or two. These are only a few things that makes it very hard for anyone to prosper in SL right now. Add to that the current situation with sudden non-compliance of GAAP financials, and you get a near disaster. Show me a company that is prospering these days? |

Re: Different Standard and Dividends
| Ms.Lytton: Delinquent or not, I feel that it is a disservice to this investment community to announce a dividend ("Dividend will be issued this saturday...") and then renege on that announcement in, what appears to be, an effort to manipulate investors ("....grab your shares today.). Regards, _JADGE_ PS - The following quote is not directed at you Ms. Lytton. :) "It is better to keep your mouth closed and let people think you are a fool than to open it and remove all doubt." ... Mark Twain ... |
