	Did I miss something like the monthly's being posted yet? Only, if they haven't then surely there's a fine accumulating for the last 4 days, and an automatic trading halt heading NICs way again? Anything I can do to help, guys?

	Dave you are correct, financials have not been submitted. I have communicated with Scott before they were due. He has advised they will be submitted shortly.

	I just had a brief conversation with Scott. He is aware of the situation, but has pressing real-life issues to deal with. Just FYI.
