Closing Operations
Edited by author May 13th, 14:58
In the wake of the bankruptcy of L&L Credit Reporting and Business Services, I have decided to close L&L Financial Services as well. Independent operations will be ceased immediately. Additional information with regard to all customers, shareholders, and debtors will be posted at http://lindsaydruart.blogspot.com where extensive details will be posted no later than May 18th.

I request that LNL trading be halted to prepare for delistment no later than May 31st. Details will not be discussed until after the posting of the blog and communication until then will be limited.

Thank you...

Sincerely,

Lindsay Druart, CEO

Re: Closing Operations
****NOTE**** This does NOT affected L&L Corporation (RL), or L&L Rentals and Sales (SL). Both companies are still in business. LLL shareholders will be updated in the blog as well.

Re: Closing Operations
I wish already an additional explanation:
Have we lost all our money or is there a share conversion or liquidation fund considered.
Thank you

So glad this does not impact your RL company! I can't wait to make a huge deposit at your upcoming RL credit union! You are the best, LD!

Re: Closing Operations
Sportsbet,

Thanks for your sympathy, I thought Lindsay had more character than this.

In any event like her LCA shareholding (8%), she only holds 26% of LNL. Did I miss the shareholders meeting?

This will be an interesting test in case to see if a minority shareholder can just walk away closing the company or does the majority of shareholders actually have any rights.

Lindsay, I offer to buy your share in LNL and LCA for L$1.

Regards,

CB

A share conversion and liquidation fund are being considered and calculated. Details will be posted in the blog. A shareholder meeting was not called do to time constraints. Feel free to discuss any ideas here and they will be taken into consideration.

Re: Closing Operations
I got a wacky idea - how about you Lindsay Druart take some reasonability and pay people what she owes Lindens too? How about she liquidate some of her sims and pay the people she has cost so much? Why should others suffer so much monetarily why she gets off free as a bird? It is not the creditors/shareholers fault she has no managerial skills and had no control on her costs and expenses – not to mention a credible business plan.

Lets face it – this is SL and Druart is gong to do what she wants – so if she wants to say ‘screw you’ to creditors and shareholders unfortunately there is nothing me, Nestler or even Bogart can do.

The scary thing about all this is there maybe some version of L&L in RL. With people giving RL money to Lindsay! This has to be a huge concern as she has proven she is clearly not qualified even to run a lemonade stand and really about as honest as the guy on the corner selling ‘authentic rolex’s’ for 9.99. In any case she need to be reported to the BBB before people start losing huge bucks!

In any case one thing is clear Druart is going to continue on raking in dough on her land business while flipping off all her shareholders and creditors for maybe pennies on the dollar owned (if that). Lets get the woprd out there to EVERYONE what kind of ‘business’ person Druart is.

In disbelief of this nonsense,

Ivan

Re: Closing Operations
In all business sense rather than emotion, the sims purchased in the land company have nothing to do with LNL or LCA and existed before either of these companies. Closing the company does not equal screwing anyone. It means liquidation of assets and ceasing operations last time I checked. I won't get into the personal attacks because it's pretty pointless and quite childish. As I stated before, liquidation schedules will be posted soon.

Re: Closing Operations
Lindsay,

How can you post liquidation schedules without reviewing them with your Board of Directors?
