Facts to be put on the table | |
| Dear Lindsay, I know I'm not a cash walking client for your bank by the way LL released its policy on the bank, but I think that I should get respect anyway. So,I think that 6 days are too much for the questions I wrote in your support ticket, don't you? And then,I know that english is not my mother language,in your site you wrote that LNLF buyback would commence the 31th of march. But no buyback was done.It can happen. And no communication too.Maybe a translation error I made? I think this is not the right way to respect people that invested in you and your company with a high amount of trust using the cd deposit. So,if you can't keep your word, you can have the decency to inform your shareholders. Thank you |

| Bario, I have no access to your support ticket, but I assume it is about the fund buyback. If you think you may have been misunderstood due to not having English as your native tongue, feel free to contact me, I may be able to translate communications depending on the language that is native to you. I can translate Dutch, French and a bit of German to English should you require so. I don't know what's up with the LNL Fund, but the CD that was created in my account had a L$20,000 sum released from it in the last week of March, as was promised. So on that part, management is keeping to their end of the bargain. I assume that all customers, whether they had L$5,000 or L$200,000 in the LLFS bank when the banking ban came crashing down on all of us, is equally respected. At least, that's the vibe I've always had when talking with Lindsay or Luke, or doing business with them. I hope your ticket is swiftly answered, but don't hesitate asking me for a short translation should you need it. ServMe. |

| Bario, support ticket updates are hard to view once the ticket has been acknowledged so for future reference, if you have not gotten an answer to a question, feel free to open a new support ticket. As for the buy back, that is dependant upon the dividends of the month. March's dividends went back into production so the buyback was not done on the 31st and for all intensive purposes I had not planned on it being March 31st. It would start April 31st. If I noted somewhere that it would be March, my apologizes and it was misspoken. We are looking at moving the date up a bit though. I will keep you updated on the date change. Sorry for the inconvenience. Lindsay |
