CORRECTION: Chairman asked for a HALT ostensibly under the premise that they were to reorganize in a manner that was preferential to shareholders - and then failed to do so.

Company delisted for material Non-Compliance - to wit, failure to submit conforming Financial Statements for two consecutive months.

Lies Bogart. The reorganization was done. And I stated that we would delisted by June 1st but you took forever to provide me with the shareholder list for LCA. You knew we were delisting the companies anyway. Don't try to act like you are some savior here when all you did was what we were planning to do anyway.
