Re: KFE - Underwriting Phase begins! | |
| Ok well sure I’m known to be the most patient guy around these forums – and I have to confess I do get a little but antsy from time to time but this is ridiculous. I have been trying to help my friend set up his land company (KFE aka Kristjan Flanagan Enterprises) and apparently he had a deal with LCA to develop the prospectus and underwrite the project. On April 21 Sully wrote: ‘Please take a look at the investment info on our home page :) http://www.llcra.com/ We're excited to begin this phase of developement! More to follow this evening :) Sully Okelly CEO – LCA’ Since that day despite numerous e-mails to Sully and Lindsay we have gotten no response. They are no where to be found the only response we received was a one line response from Lindsay asking what we needed. We let her know what we needed a week ago and haven’t received a response back. No information has been posted on their web page and no one from LCA can even be found. Needless to say Flanagan is very frustrated – and I can’t say that I blame him. If someone doesn’t have the time or interest to run a company why have it operating at all. Shares are down to L$0.30 this week and little wonder. Is it fair to shareholder to have management operate like this? Why not just purchase back outstanding share and close the company if there is no interest in running it? I understand of course RL can get hectic – but when you cant even get a response saying ‘look RL is busy I am going to be away a couple weeks’ or ‘I am not going to be around for a while – but this person with LCA can help you’. If I was a shareholder in LCA I would be irate – the performance of the company has been non existent in the recent months and quite frankly I have advised Flanagan to pull the plug on THIS deal ASAP. Even though he is upset the only reason he is sticking around hoping someone from LCA may reply some day is because he is too nice a guy. Not to mention there is still some outstanding business that has to be completed before KFE can get a clean start and start if we choose to go another route. This is a terrible way to do business. I tried to be patient and keep quiet but I feel the shareholder of LCA have a right to know how their company has been operating. Regretfully Ivan Halfpint CFO, KFE |

| Ivan, I agree with you - probably also a first. I mailed Sully on the 21st of April, and my mail has gone unanswered as well. Lindsay ain't the CEO of LCA, so I didn't bother contacting her about what's going on with it, but I'm not too pleased either. |
