| Hello Everyone :) I am overwhelmed by the progress of the startup company! In just 12 days, they have procured 30,000 square meters of land(roughly 1/2 Sim), set up their own advertising, sold or rented all but 4096 square meters, produced an ongoing monthly income of 25K linden(positive cash flow), had the land terraformed, paid down 41,000 Linden against an 82,000 land debt, turned 1 renter into an owner, helped finish 1/5th of a 30 page business plan with me, produced 12 days of detailed financials with me and lined up 2 more clients for today :) These 2 would represent another rental and another 12,000 square meter sale! So, if you've been waiting to see what's going on, then it's high time you put some linden behind this company! I need more Venture Capitalists and Underwriters! Let's keep this rolling fast! | Just wanted to report that another venture capitalist has stepped in and funded a new sim for resale by the fast moving startup company that we've been working with. The sim is on order and the client is lining up buyers for it. Negotiations have moved to the next level with a second startup company and the foundation for commencement is in place. Once the business plan for the first one is done and investors package will be circulated for underwriters to review.
